The factory guarantees their Poly furniture from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser for residential use. A five (5) year warranty applies for commercial use. The factory, at their discretion, will repair or replace the defective furniture.
This warranty does not cover any furniture which has been deemed misused. There is a 3 year warranty on the deep seating furniture cushions. The furniture needs to be maintained regularly by cleaning with soap and water. The stainless steel fasteners are virtually maintenance free under normal conditions; however, in coastal environments, they will require rinsing with fresh water to avoid rusting. Please refrain from using chlorine based cleaning materials on stainless steel.
